Account data (name, email, authentication tokens), workspace/brand details, product information you upload (text, images, files), chat transcripts and prompts, device/browser metadata, usage analytics, diagnostic and security logs.

Purpose and Legal Bases

We process data to deliver the service, personalize experiences, secure accounts, monitor abuse, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and fulfill contracts with you. Where required, we rely on consent for optional analytics or marketing.

AI Processing

Chats and product data may be processed by AI models to generate responses. We ground outputs on your supplied data, apply safety filters, and may retain short-term logs for quality, abuse prevention, and auditing.

Sharing and Sub‑processors

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with vetted sub‑processors (cloud hosting, storage, analytics, email, observability, AI inference) bound by confidentiality, security, and data protection commitments.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect personal data during cross-border transfers.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is least‑privilege and role‑scoped by brand. We maintain audit logging, rate limiting, abuse monitoring, and periodic reviews of sub‑processor security.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Upon request, and subject to statutory requirements, we delete or anonymize personal data. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

Your Rights

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session continuity, and optional analytics cookies to improve performance. You can manage preferences through your browser settings.

Children

The service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to remove it.

By accessing or using Just Zell, you agree to the obligations and limitations described below. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful purposes; attempt to bypass security; scrape or reverse engineer; inject prompts to elicit unsafe output; or misuse AI-generated content.

Customer Content and License

You retain ownership of your content and grant Just Zell a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate and improve the service.

AI Output Notice

AI responses may contain inaccuracies. Do not treat outputs as legal, medical, safety, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI responses before sharing with end users.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Service Changes and Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; material changes will be communicated when practical. We may suspend service to address security or legal concerns.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risk, or non-payment. You may terminate at any time; access continues through the paid period. Upon termination, we may delete or disable access to your content subject to retention obligations.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, and documentation are owned by Just Zell and its licensors. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the service under these Terms.

Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to fulfill the agreement or as otherwise permitted in writing.

Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months. You agree to indemnify Just Zell for claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the governing jurisdiction specified in your subscription or, if unspecified, the laws of the primary operating country of Just Zell, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, through binding arbitration where permitted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and this Policy. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
