1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and [your legal business name]. By creating an account, using the dashboard, publishing a storefront, or using our customer-facing tools, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to act for the business connected to your account.
2. The platform
Just Zell provides software for creating subscription sites, cataloging products, managing customers, and connecting third-party services. Features may vary by product type, account, region, integration, or plan. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required by law.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Do not share access in a way that bypasses roles, permissions, usage limits, or security controls.
4. Payments and connected services
Payment processing is provided by Stripe or another provider selected by the merchant. Your use of that service is also subject to the provider's terms. You are responsible for your payment integration, customer disclosures, taxes, refunds, disputes, shipping, fulfillment, and compliance obligations. Just Zell does not receive or store full card numbers when the payment integration is correctly configured.
5. Merchant content and customer data
You keep ownership of content you provide, but give us the limited permission needed to host, display, process, back up, and support that content through the platform. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content and for collecting, using, retaining, and deleting customer data lawfully.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Just Zell to break the law, deceive customers, sell prohibited goods, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, probe security, abuse credits or promotions, send unlawful messages, or process data without a lawful basis. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action.
7. Fees, refunds, and cancellations
Any platform fees, paid features, usage charges, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Merchant subscription revenue, customer refunds, credits, chargebacks, and cancellations remain subject to the merchant's customer terms, payment provider rules, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or legally required refund.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal reasons, or a material breach. You may stop using the service or request account closure by contacting [support email]. Ending an account does not remove obligations that should continue, including payment, privacy, intellectual-property, dispute, and liability provisions.
9. Disclaimers and liability
